This post has been a long time in the making. Now don’t get me wrong I know some of you are going to be like ugh.. not you too another late new years resolution. It isn’t. This isn’t some fad, some trendy diet or some quick fix. This is a long road of ups and downs. This is a lot of failures but a new beginning.
So what are Work Out Wednesdays… Well, workout Wednesday is my one day a week that I look back on the previous week and talk about the ups the downs, what’s working and what isn’t. This is me holding my self accountable.
Now before anyone jumps to conclusions. I am not doing this for anyone other than me. I am trying to live my best life.
So to start I am 5’5″ and 160 Lbs now by the BMI scale I am officially overweight. This won’t be a quick fix I am hoping to lose 20 lbs by September. The way I hope to achieve this? Simple. WORK, now this in its self won’t be simple, but I’m not using any fancy diet pills. I plan to use the gym membership I have been paying for crickets in background yes I’m one of those people. I am also going to use my fit bit to help track my activity and My fitness pal. Now, this is a huge disclaimer, my fitness pal I am using the free version and NOT using their diet plans, I will strictly be tracking what I eat and what I burn, I will not be using there crazy drastic calorie cutting recommendations.. That is not sustainable.
Well now that we know what I am doing wish me luck and I will give you all an update next week.
