I am so excited to be writing this post. I have successfully completed week 2. Now I know I have only done 3 workouts last week… Monday Wednesday and Friday, but that was still 3 more days of being physically active. I also made the decision this week, that I need some guidance with working out, I know how to use most of the machines and I know what exercises work were, but I lack knowing how to put it all together. Now I did esquire about personal training, but it was $200 for 3 sessions and I couldn’t guarantee the timing. So my next thought was why not get one of those premade work out plans. After shopping around I found one 12 week program that uses HITT as its main focus and lets you do gym or at home workouts, plus it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to ship to Canada. So in 7 days, I should be receiving my copy of body boss workout guide and hopefully, it will push me out of my comfort zone! I am just going to throw in here this is not sponsored I paid for this with my own money and I have not tried it yet. I will be sure to let you know how it works out and if it is truly beginner friendly.
I have not weighed my self this week. I actually don’t plan to until next week. I am trying not become number obsessive. How are your weight loss/ healthy lifestyle goals coming?
