I know I was promising a workout Wednesday post, but with the way thing have been going it just hasn’t happened.
First my scale broke, I think this was the start of my downfall. I really got de motivated when I couldn’t weigh my self.
Next I canceled my gym membership, this one I have talked about. I wasn’t using it enough to justify the cost. This also mad it a bit harder because working out on my own has always been a struggle.
Lastly I have just been lazy the last 2 things combined with zero motivation have been my downfall. I have taken advantage of the fact I have had a lot of holidays and time off, however now its time to get serious again.
I am happy to say I finally bought a new scale and a new workout dvd. I know it will not be easy. I also know I need to control my own motivation, but I am excited to get back on track.
